When is my ride actually confirmed?

The moment you accept the fare we send. If you chose to pay in advance, it's confirmed as soon as your payment is verified. Until then, your ride page says exactly where things stand.

Do I need to pay upfront?

No. Choose full payment in advance or pay after the ride. Either way you pay the fare you accepted, nothing more.

My flight is delayed. What happens?

Add your flight number when you book and our team plans around it. Waiting time and any extra charges are written into your fare before you accept.

Where do I meet my driver?

Your ride page shows the meeting point, your driver's name, phone number and vehicle registration once a driver is assigned.
