How do I book an airport ride?+
Choose airport pickup or drop, select the airport, enter your address, date and time, then verify your mobile number. We review the request and send you a fare to accept.
When is my ride confirmed?+
Your ride is confirmed after you accept the fare we send. If you chose to pay in advance, it is confirmed once payment is verified. Until then, the request shows as awaiting confirmation.
Do I have to pay in advance?+
No. When you request a ride you can choose full payment in advance or payment after the ride. The fare is the same amount you accepted.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Add your flight number when booking. Our team uses it to plan pickup timing. The waiting allowance and any extra charges are shown in your fare before you accept it.
Where will I meet my driver?+
Meeting instructions for your airport are shown on your ride page once a driver is assigned, along with the driver's name, phone number and vehicle registration.
Can I book for someone else?+
Yes. Enter the passenger's name and mobile number in the booking form. You stay the account holder and can follow the ride from your dashboard.
How do I cancel?+
Open the ride in your account and choose cancel before a driver is on the way. Refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy.
