Who we are
XRide [legal entity name, registration and address to be confirmed]. These terms govern airport transfer requests made through this website.
Our service
XRide [operates its own vehicles / arranges transport with partner drivers: to be confirmed] for airport pickups and drops in Bangladesh.
Your account
You sign in with a verified Bangladesh mobile number and are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of passenger details.
Requests and contracts
A ride request is not a booking. A contract forms only when you accept a fare we send before it expires, and, for advance payment, when payment is verified.
Fares and payment
Each fare lists the base fare, applicable fees, inclusions and exclusions. You may choose full advance payment or payment after the ride. A changed fare requires your new acceptance.
Flights, waiting and delays
Provide accurate flight details. Included waiting time is [to be confirmed]. Extra waiting or changes may carry charges shown before you accept.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations, no-shows and refunds follow the Cancellation and refund policy.
Vehicles and luggage
You book a vehicle class, not a specific model. Passenger and luggage limits apply for safety. We may substitute an equivalent or larger vehicle.
Conduct and property
Passengers must follow the law and driver safety instructions. Report lost property through your ride page.
Liability
